Newly built in 2015, the property is designed around the comfort of the modern traveller, with lift accessibility from the secure, underground car park, to each floor level. Each purpose-built serviced apartment offers all the comforts of home.

One Bedroom Accessible Apartments feature open plan living and an accessible bathroom. Bed configuration can be set up as either 1x King, or 2x King Singles. The lounge also has a Rollaway bed available at a fee.  Maximum capacity = 3 people.

Two Bedroom Accessible Apartment.

Two Bedroom Accessible Twin-Key Apartments feature open plan living and an accessible bathroom. This is a 1 Bedroom Apartment, interconnected with a Studio Apartment for a 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bathroom Apartment. The 1 Bedroom Apartment is the ‘accessible’ side. Bedding can be either 2x Kings, 1x King + 2x King Singles, or 4x King Singles. The lounge also has a Rollaway bed available at a fee. Maximum capacity = 5 people.

Property Cancellation Policy:

A cancellation fee of one night’s accommodation will apply to any booking cancelled within 48 hours of arrival time. If no arrival time is specified, 2pm of that day will be deemed the arrival time.
Please note: This excludes advance purchase bookings which are non-refundable, non-cancellable and non-amendable.

Upon arrival, each guest will be required to sign a standard Quest registration form, and accept the terms and conditions therein for his/her stay. Check-in time is 2pm unless otherwise arranged with property. A valid credit card is required for a room security bond.

Pet Policy:

Pets must be house trained and must have current vaccinations and registration. Pets must not be left unattended in the apartment, and the guests must carry & supply bedding. There will be a one-time cleaning fee of $250 for the entire stay. Any additional damage incurred during the stay period will be charged to the guest.
